1. i'm still not asleep. it's 6:33 and i can smell my dad cooking his breakfast. ew.

2. i just checked my email and gilt.com is having a helmut lang sale AND an oscar de la renta sale today at noon so i better fucking get to sleep so i can wake up in time to look at clothes that i don't even have credit card money for.

3. i just activated two credit cards that i've had for awhile (i just got new ones), and one of them made me talk to a real lady. her name was deborah and she sounded like a robot. i kept zoning out like when you're on an airplane and the flight attendants are droning on about wearing your seatbelt and inflating your oxygen mask, except this person kept trying to get me to sign up for some credit protection program and i was like UGH i'm already UNEMPLOYED, can you cancel my balance up to $10,000.00 NOW?

4. i think i broke up with my boyfriend last night. i'm still undecided on whether it really doesn't bother me that much, or if i'm just dissociating myself from my feelings.

Hello Kitty for MAC

Okay so my bf is perfect and got me Hello Kitty MAC makeup for my birthday. He got me a little compact of four eyeshadows (the Lucky Tom set) and the little HK doll and some blush and pressed powder (which both totally do not match my skin but I still think it's the best gift ever).

He also got me the "Baker's Delight" apron from Anthropologie which is perfect because I've always loved their aprons and it's totes adorbz.




I have been searching eBay trying to find the best deal on the sold out HK for MAC brush holder and set of 3 brushes but I really shouldn't spend money. I think I'm going to have to return my Karl Lagerfeld silk jacket that I got from Bluefly.



I always enter their contests hoping I'll win a "$5000 guilt free shopping spree" but to no avail.

Surprise.

Oh, ironically I made cupcakes tonight but did not wear my apron.

Dolls are officially creepy. While doing a routine search for Hello Kitty merchandise, I came across this eBay seller who makes doll clothes.

Today is vday so the bf and I are going on a date. We have reservations for the early bird special aka "my bf was too lazy to make reservations before a few days ago and had to settle for a 4:30 reservation." I don't think I care a lot except that I bought two bcbgmaxazria dresses with vday in mind and I can't wear them because they're too fancy to wear at 4:30. The dresses were 70 percent off but they were still $100 each. Mehh I won't complain (: I'm happy.

I got my bf this book called The Officialy Filthy Rich Handbook for vday along with a nintendo ds.

I wonder what my parents are doing for Valentine's Day. Probably eating Taco del Mar.
